1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order or have you wait until the product arrives, using the original method of payment.
2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Pakistan only.
3. Delivery Time
- Free Shipping on all orders over the value of Rs. 1,500
- We charge Rs.200 on all orders under the value of Rs. 1,500
- Orders placed by 1:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service
- Orders received after 1:00 PM will be dispatched the next day
- We do not dispatch orders on Sundays & holidays
- Orders received on Sundays or National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day
- Delivery time is between 1 to 7 working days (No delivery on Sundays).
- Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
