- The customer will be responsible for shipping costs of return. Make sure the product you are returning/exchange is intact with all tags.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.
- Sale products/items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All products/items purchased online can be exchanged within 10 days with below mention conditions.
- The product /item received has a manufacturing defect or an incorrect style or size, at the time of delivery.
- The product or item does not match with original specification, or the product found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.
- Prior to shipping the return to Tossdeal, you will need to notify us within 3 days by calling us at +92 300 9448220 or by writing us at email@example.com.
- After approval of your request, the company will refund your amount through your bank. You will be credited for the cost of the product (s)/ item(s).
- Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Please allow us two weeks for the processing of the refund.
How to return
1. Contact us to create a return request.
2. Fill the return form you received with the order.
3. Pack your parcel securely, with the product in the original undamaged manufacturer’s packing as delivered to you.
4. Attach the return label that you received with your order to the top of the parcel (please do ensure that the delivery label is covered).
5. Head to your nearest TCS or Leopard office and ship to us.
The order can be canceled by the customer any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped return and exchange policy will be applied. Tossdeal has the rights for the cancellation of an order at any stage or at any time during the processing of order due to any condition that seems necessary and will not bear any damages suffered due to non-fulfillment of said order.
Tossdeal is not responsible for the non-shipment of an ordered product due to in availability of stock. Order verification is not considered to be, order confirmation. It is the customer’s responsibility to provides us the correct address and phone number at the time of ordering. The Tossdeal management team retains the right to change return and exchange policy at any time without any notice.
Tossdeal has aims to provide the best possible services to process orders as quickly as possible. Despite our tries, some orders take more time. Note: our logistics partner required 1 additional working day for delivery. However, this time required may vary depending on the range of factors.
